 The Trač restaurant opened in April 2004 at 39 Mileševska street in Vračar. The restaurant can accommodate 60 persons with additional 30 places in the gardens. The cuisine is essentialy Italian and the menu is enriched with dishes from all over the Mediterranean.
The diversity of our menus and the inventiveness of our chefs have made the restaurant quite famous. What also makes this restaurant stand out among other Italian restaurants is our unique interpretation of gastronomic standards.
Our meals are prepared with the highest possible quality foodstuffs so that the meat, vegetables, pastas, fish, fruit… are all carefully selected.
The restaurant cooperates with eminent producers of Italian cheese, prosciutto, salami, pasta, pomodori pelati, pomodori passati, and has started its own line of olive oil (extra vergine) in cooperation with the olive growing Montareggi family of Toscana, the producers of well-known olive oil.
We take great effort to put all the best the Italian gastronomy has to offer on our menu and in the kitchen of our restaurant.
 Our wine list is a blend of love and passion towards wine and has been nurtured and expanded throughout the years. Currently it contains more than 100 wine labels from all over the world. We have French, Spanish, Portuguese, North and South American, Chilean, Argentinian, then Australian and, of course, mostly Italian wines. Our offer is rounded off with wines from the region of former Yugoslavia such as Montenegrin, Herzegovinan and Croatian wines (the stress is on wines from Croatian islands). Our staff have gone through numerous trainings led by one of our best somelliers Mr. Darko Ninković. We adhere to the latest trends in wine serving and pay special attention to proper matching of food and wine. Our staff's suggestions and reccomendations about the choice of wine extend an educational character to our restaurant.
Our chef has studied his trade from the masters of French and Italian cuisine, but along with his trade has a gift of making his meals worthy of retelling.
Of course, none of this would be true without our FINEST AND MOST LOYAL customers who have guided and led this restaurant to become one of the best restaurants in Belgrade.
